Why This Recipe Works

  • The combination of lemon juice, garlic, and herbs creates a bright and citrusy flavor profile that complements the delicate flavor of the cod perfectly.
  • The cream sauce is made with a mixture of heavy cream and Greek yogurt, which adds a tangy and creamy element to the dish without overpowering the other flavors.
  • The use of fresh parsley and dill adds a pop of color and freshness to the dish, making it perfect for a special occasion or a weeknight dinner.

Key Ingredients

When it comes to cooking with fish, it’s essential to use the freshest ingredients possible. Look for cod fillets that are firm to the touch and have a mild smell. You can also use other types of white fish, such as tilapia or mahi-mahi, if you prefer. For more recipe ideas and cooking tips, be sure to check out our friends at Example Recipes.

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper, to taste
