4 tablespoons cream cheese

1 cup mixed greens

1 cup sliced strawberries

1/4 cup granola

Honey (for drizzling)

Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add in a pinch of salt to taste.

3
Roll up the sushi: Start rolling the sushi from the side with the banana and strawberries, and gently press to seal the edge. Make sure to apply gentle pressure to prevent from breaking the tortilla.

Drizzle with honey and garnish with granola before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
