- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 cup red onion, sliced thin
- 0.5 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp mustard
Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a splash of pickle juice for the sauce. Refrigerate.
