Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup red onion, sliced thin
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a splash of pickle juice for the sauce. Refrigerate.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Chop lettuce and veggies.
  • Divide lettuce into bowls. Top with hot beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
  • Drizzle with special sauce and serve.
