Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 2 whole bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 whole whole wheat pitas
  • 0.5 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk olive oil, lemon, and spices.
  • Toss chicken and sliced veggies with marinade on the sheet pan.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked and veggies charred.
  • Warm pitas in the oven for the last 2 minutes.
  • Fill pitas with chicken mix, top with tzatziki and feta.
