Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter (natural)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  • Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  • Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten into cookie shapes.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
