Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 can (10oz) cream of mushroom soup (or homemade gravy)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and onion. Form into oval patties.
  • Sear patties in a skillet until browned. Transfer to baking dish.
  • In the same skillet, whisk soup, broth, mushrooms, and Worcestershire.
  • Pour gravy over patties. Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 375°F for 30 mins covered, then 10 mins uncovered.
