- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas/carrots/corn)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk (2% or whole)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Cook pasta and drain.
Sauté onion in butter. Add flour and cook 1 min.
Whisk in broth and milk. Simmer until thickened.
