Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas/carrots/corn)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk (2% or whole)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta and drain.
  • Sauté onion in butter. Add flour and cook 1 min.
  • Whisk in broth and milk. Simmer until thickened.
  • Add veggies, chicken, and spices. Heat through.
  • Toss with pasta and serve.
