- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.75 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1.25 cups Granulated sugar (plus more for rolling)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 large Egg yolk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line sheets with parchment.
Whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
