Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups cake flour
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix cold butter and sugars until combined but chunky.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Add flours, cornstarch, soda, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate and walnuts.
  • Divide into 8 large mounds. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  • Cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes.
