Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 package (30 oz) Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain grease.
  • Layer hash browns in the bottom of the dish, followed by the cooked sausage and 1 cup of cheese.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. Pour over the casserole.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
