- 1 package (30 oz) Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
- 8 large Eggs
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain grease.
Layer hash browns in the bottom of the dish, followed by the cooked sausage and 1 cup of cheese.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. Pour over the casserole.
