Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups French Bread, cubed
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage in a skillet and drain grease. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Place bread cubes in the dish. Top with cooked sausage and 1 cup of cheese.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and dry mustard. Pour over the bread and meat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, adding remaining cheese in the last 10 minutes.
