- 6 cups French Bread, cubed
- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
- 8 large Eggs
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
Brown sausage in a skillet and drain grease. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Place bread cubes in the dish. Top with cooked sausage and 1 cup of cheese.
Whisk eggs, milk, and dry mustard. Pour over the bread and meat.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, adding remaining cheese in the last 10 minutes.
