Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Plum Tomatoes, wedged
  • 1 large English Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion, sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 block (6 oz) Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop all the vegetables into large, rustic pieces.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and oregano with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and olives in a large serving bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat everything.
  • Place the block of feta on top, drizzle with oil, and serve immediately.
