  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  • Season and sear chicken in a skillet until cooked through. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same pan, sauté garlic, then add cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in parmesan until melted. Toss with pasta and chicken, adding reserved water as needed.
