- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
Season and sear chicken in a skillet until cooked through. Set aside.
