- 4 oz flat rice noodles
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 1/2 lb shrimp or chicken
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bean sprouts
Soak noodles in warm water for 30 mins until flexible. Mix sauce ingredients.
Sauté protein and garlic in a hot wok. Push to the side and scramble eggs.
Add noodles and sauce. Toss vigorously on high heat until noodles are tender.
