- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz whole wheat or chickpea pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook pasta and reserve 1/2 cup water. Sauté chicken and garlic until cooked.
Add broth and milk; simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
