- 1 lb lean turkey sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Sauté turkey sausage, onions, and peppers in a skillet until cooked.
