  • 1 pkg quality cocktail sausages (nitrate-free)
  • 10 slices standard bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (or monk fruit sweetener)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Wrap sausages in bacon pieces and secure with toothpicks.
  • Mix sugar and cayenne. Sprinkle over sausages.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley immediately before serving.
