Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Chicken or Turkey cocktail sausages
  • 1 package Turkey bacon
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar (or substitute)
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Prep rack.
  • Cut turkey bacon into thirds. Wrap sausages.
  • Roll in sugar and cayenne mix. Place on rack.
  • Bake 25-30 mins until crisp.

Notes

Use a wire rack to ensure turkey bacon crisps up properly. Serve warm.
