Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, solid
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (for coating)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet.
  • Whisk flours, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Beat solid coconut oil and sugar. Add egg and maple syrup.
  • Combine wet and dry. Roll into balls.
  • Roll balls in cinnamon sugar mix. Bake 9-11 mins. Cool on pan.

Notes

Use solid coconut oil, not melted, to prevent spreading.
